Charlotte is excellent, professional and very empathetic.
I had a hard time getting a house and Charlotte didn't stop helping me until I could get it. She was there for me all the time, no matter what, always available to answer my questions or concerns about the process. If you want a house, Charlotte is the right person. I recommend her 100%!
We recently moved to GA from FL.
From the first time I talked to Charlotte, she was already kicking the tires on finding us a new house. She responded to any questions we had almost immediately. She actually drove over from SC from a family function to help us look at a house that ultimately did not meet our needs. She was ready to fight to find us the perfect house and she came through.
